My consulting and facilitation projects focus on groups of people and how they get things done. If there are people issues in a team, I can design a consulting project to identify and resolve the issues. If processes aren’t working, I can work with all the people involved to redesign and even facilitate parts of the process. If an organization has been avoiding a sticky problem, I can get the right people in the room to solve it and move on. The projects take many forms:
