That was the topic of my keynote presentation earlier this week for the Iowa State Education Association. The organizations we work in today are ones we inherited. They are yesterday's organizations, and too many of them are broken. It's time to create new ones and this requires all of us to start thinking about new mindsets, new directions, new principles, and a new set of leadership skills.
