Kindle version is live and on sale for only 99 cents! That price is for a limited time, obviously, so don’t delay (and tell your friends!). Soon the price will go back to the regular Kindle price, which is $7.99
You can pre-order the hard copy from Amazon. I think the more that order, the lower the price will go (currently under $18).
You can pre-order SIGNED copies directly from us (full price, but hey, they’re signed). We’ll mail those out after we return from SXSW on March 17.

Speaking Monday, March 16th at the famous SXSW Interactive conference. We have a “book reading” session and this will be the first event where they will have hard copies available for purchase and signing.
We are currently booking future events related to the book, and we’re offering special bulk deals if you want to have us speak AND give books to folks (details here). Those deals end mid-April.
