In two weeks I will be speaking at ASAE & The Center’s annual Springtime conference. My session, which will run twice during the morning educational sessions, is titled “Better Conflict Conversations.” I only have 75 minutes with this one, but I promise to make it interactive and fun. Springtime is on Thursday, June 14th and will be at the Washington Convention Center in downtown DC.
