I was a good boy and did hardly any work while I was on vacation—or even much deep thinking. But one beach-walking insight I think is worth sharing:
Our most bitter complaints about leadership (management, the boss, our coworkers, fill in the blank…) are usually accompanied by a strong fear to look inward.
That’s not a coincidence.
