I am excited to announce that the article I wrote for Associations Now about Truth is now available online. I was floored when I saw that it was going to be the cover story for June! I don't know when the print issue comes out, but either way, you can read it online right now.
It is a follow up to the article I wrote for CalSAE's magazine last spring, where I discussed three myths we have about the truth in organizations. This new article takes the next step and talks about things that each of us can do to build a culture where truth is more welcome.
